Are you grieving the loss of an important person in your life?
This is a group for people who have lost someone important in their lives and would like the support of others going through similar challenges. Bereavement has many facets--conflicting feelings; a need to, and sometimes a fear of, expressing and understanding one's feelings; honoring the deceased person; living one's day-to-day life; and wondering what one's future will be like.
The group will meet for twelve Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. The start date will be in late September or early October. The meeting location is 279 Massachusetts Avenue, East Arlington, MA. The cost is $480 (can be paid in 2 or 3 installments).
