Are you constantly in overwhelm, inertia or collapse? Are you constantly bracing yourself against danger, ready to fight or run away? If you answered yes to any of these questions or are close to someone for whom this is true, I can help you. I am a psychotherapist who specializes in helping people who have experienced being overwhelmed by events and experiences that have shaken their foundations. I help people recover after a crisis. I have been helping people find stability and safety, confidence in themsleves and their ability to cope for over 25 years. I keep up to date with new develpoments in practice and have trained in EMDR, trauma first aide and am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. This means that I include input from neuro-science in the way that I help people, paying attention to the body and how to help bring individuals into a place of healthy aliveness and peace. I am offering a number of different groups including a new AEDP psychotherapy group Living Life Whole for people who have had or are in individual therapy and want a group experience to ground their transformation and growth while connecting to others. I see individuals, couples and run groups. |
