I am a psychotherapist who specializes in helping people who have experienced being overwhelmed by events and experiences that have shaken their foundations. I help people recover after a crisis. I have been helping people find stability and safety, confidence in themsleves and their ability to cope for over 25 years. I keep up to date with new develpoments in practice and have trained in EMDR, trauma first aide and am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. This means that I include input from neuro-science in the way that I help people, paying attention to the body and how to help bring individuals into a place of healthy aliveness and peace. I am offering a number of different groups including a new AEDP psychotherapy group Living Life Whole for people who have had or are in individual therapy and want a group experience to ground their transformation and growth while connecting to others.  I see individuals, couples and run groups.
